Returning to Hull Rupture’s updated Demo
If you last played the earlier Demo, start by re-enabling the tutorial in General settings. Your old tutorial can be marked complete even though you have not seen Hull Construction. The September overhaul changed expansion, the shop, turret movement and production controls; patch v0.10.12 then adjusted kit randomization.

Follow these steps
Open the game settings, choose General and enable the tutorial again if you want the new Hull Construction explanation. Returning progress can already have the old tutorial marked complete, so the new step does not activate automatically.
Replace the old operating assumptions with these Demo rules. The July article described features planned for the full game; the later September release note is the useful boundary for what this Demo actually received.

Expect kit behavior to differ from old runs. September 25 patch v0.10.12 made unseen kits more likely and recently received kits less likely. The shop still relies on kit containers and randomness.
Rebuild your defensive assumptions too. September’s rebalance put more emphasis on turrets and made Airlock units the final safety net. A strategy built around old unit or artifact balance may need a new defense plan before the next wave.
How to tell it worked
You have the new tutorial available, recognize the current construction and shop systems, and can choose the next guide for the mechanic you need. The returning-unlock rules above apply to the Demo update.
If it does not work
If the construction tutorial does not appear on its own, use the General setting rather than waiting for the old completed tutorial to restart. If an old guide promises module movement, follow the September Demo limit instead. For an actual operating step, continue to the linked task guide.
